This appears to match the tray seen with the JewelRay sets found in the 1950s Clayton Mayers catalogue, described as "comb tray with cut glory star". Although shown in the CM catalogue, the actual glassmaker is still unknown, as CM were distributors not glassmakers.

VLG Lausitzer Vera pattern in 1969 catalogue. The same shape with different engraved pattern appeared in the 1957 Schwepnitz catalogue as the Irma pattern.

The candlestick appear to be Rudolfova 11480 (pre-1958 catalogue), the whole set appears in the Josef Inwald catalogue dating from the 1930's, thanks to Jayne Morgan for tracking the pattern down for us.

Found in the 1950s Clayton Mayers catalogue as JewelRay glass, made on the continent but actual glassworks still unknown. Sold as a 7 piece set of tray, large pot, 2 small pots, 2 candlesticks and a ring-holder.

This looks like Walther Greta but has a fish scale stem rather than the usual design. Further research into Walther catalogues finds they made the Greta pattern with this fish scale pattern as well as the more usual version. The 1936 Walther catalogue shows both the Walther Greta pots side by side.
