Samuel Reich

The 1936 catalogue produced by Reich gives the following information on colours:

Farben: rosalin, hellblau, annagrün, amethyst, ananasgelb, fumé 10% Aufschlag, für Farbe amber 15% Aufschlag. [Colours: pink, light blue, anna green, amethyst, pineapple yellow, fumé 10% surcharge, for colour amber 15% surcharge.]
